ORDER LIST TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 1994 ORDERS IN PENDING CASES D-1356 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF BERNARD M. SEEMAN It having been reported to the Court that Bernard M. Seeman, of Lake Success, New York, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department, and this Court by order of February 22, 1994, having suspended the said Bernard M. Seeman from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Bernard M. Seeman be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1371 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN MARTIN McGRATH It having been reported to the Court that John Martin McGrath, of Merrillville, Indiana, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Indiana and this Court by order of March 7, 1994, having suspended the said John Martin McGrath from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said John Martin McGrath be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1383 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF RONALD HARVEY BUDMAN It having been reported to the Court that Ronald Harvey Budman, of San Antonio, Texas, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Texas and this Court by order of April 18, 1994, having suspended the said Ronald Harvey Budman from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Ronald Harvey Budman be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1384 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF WILLIAM EUGENE WELLS It having been reported to the Court that William Eugene Wells, of Houston, Texas, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Texas and this Court by order of April 18, 1994, having suspended the said William Eugene Wells from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said William Eugene Wells be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1388 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF LEE J. KLEIN It having been reported to the Court that Lee J. Klein, of Lansing, Michigan, has been suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Michigan and this Court by order of April 25, 1994, having suspended the said Lee J. Klein from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Lee J. Klein be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1390 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ALAN E. DUBOW It having been reported to the Court that Alan E. Dubow, of New York, New York, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Florida and this Court by order of May 2, 1994, having suspended the said Alan E. Dubow from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Alan E. Dubow be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1393 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ERIO M. COMICI It having been reported to the Court that Erio M. Comici, of Chesterfield, Missouri, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Missouri and this Court by order of May 23, 1994, having suspended the said Erio M. Comici from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Erio M. Comici be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1394 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF NORMAN C. FARHAT It having been reported to the Court that Norman C. Farhat, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, has been suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Michigan and this Court by order of May 23, 1994, having suspended the said Norman C. Farhat from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Norman C. Farhat be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1395 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF LAWRENCE D. MORINGIELLO It having been reported to the Court that Lawrence D. Moringiello, of Brooklyn, New York, has resigned from the practice of law before the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department, and this Court by order of May 23, 1994, having suspended the said Lawrence D. Moringiello from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Lawrence D. Moringiello be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1397 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF EDWARD H. CLOUTIER It having been reported to the Court that Edward H. Cloutier, of Livermore Falls, Maine, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine and this Court by order of May 31, 1994, having suspended the said Edward H. Cloutier from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Edward H. Cloutier be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1398 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF LELAND TRICKETT SLOAN It having been reported to the Court that Leland Trickett Sloan, of St. Albans, West Virginia, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and this Court by order of June 6, 1994, having suspended the said Leland Trickett Sloan from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Leland Trickett Sloan be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1402 IN THE MATTER OF JAMES H. GRIFFIN James H. Griffin, of Los Angeles, California, having requested to resign as a member of the Bar of this Court, it is ordered that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. The Rule to Show Cause, heretofore issued on June 6, 1994, is hereby discharged. D-1417 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF SAMUEL ASBELL It is ordered that Samuel Asbell, of Camden, New Jersey, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1418 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN B. GRIFFITH It is ordered that John B. Griffith, of Silver Spring, Maryland, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1419 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF DOUGLAS L. LASHLEY It is ordered that Douglas L. Lashley, of Olney, Maryland, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. Mosely, of East Cleveland, Ohio, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1423 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF NWABUEZE VINCENT OKOCHA It is ordered that Nwabueze Vincent Okocha, of Cleveland, Ohio, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1424 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JAMES CHARLES HOLZMANN It is ordered that James Charles Holzmann, of San Diego, California, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
